Awesome product for speedy recovery
I am very prone to cramps when I work out. My previous solution to this was to add salt pills into Powerade and sip on that before and during my workouts. This didn't even work great. I saw an add of the Sci Core SALT on instagram and got myself the blood orange tub. It tastes great and I take one scoop before a long workout and it sorts me out completely. Awesome product!

Fantastic product! I always begin my day with a glass of hydration salt. Works wonders, and having the added glutamine is such a bonus for faster recovery! I am also using it when running long distance, which works like a bomb to replenish everything my body needs.

I've been on a demanding training program for more than six months which requires nutrition and recovery through out. SALT has proven to be more than sufficient to supply all of it.
Works well, taste ok. Priced in the middle. I like the higher Potassium content.

Im loving this product. Not as an intense flavour as some of the other salts on market and thats great. Its gentle but delivers all the required electrolytes.

I am addicted to the Blood Orange SALT hydration. Firstly it tastes delicious and secondly I can feel it working immediately! I make mine with ice cold water and add lots of ice, it tastes so good!

This Got me through the 947 and Double Century… as both events happened in the same week and did just over 400km, including taper recovery in a short span of 6 days I needed help, training leading up to race week, I tested and tried it all and this was the only product erased any sign of dehydration and cramps. But most of all it worked FAST! On the brink of hitting the wall a couple of times, this was my salvation! Also saved some of my team mates that where in some tight spots. This is power for endurance sport. Well done!!
I started doing extended fasting earlier this year (72 hours a week) for weight loss, and let me tell you, priority number one is electrolytes! At first, I was mixing my own—raw electrolytes straight into water. Let’s just say it tasted like pond water with a hint of despair. Not exactly the highlight of my day. Then I discovered this gem. No carbs, no sugar—just pure win/win! I tried the Blood Orange flavor from Takealot, and wow, what a game-changer. Not only is it delicious (seriously, where have you been all my life?), but I also feel fantastic after using it. This product made staying hydrated and balanced during fasting so much easier. Goodbye, DIY pond water—hello, actual enjoyment! I’ve also looked into your BCAA range, as the added protein would be amazing to use while fasting. However, I’m a bit cautious about the 250mg of coconut water extract in some of the products potentially hampering autophagy. Since my ultimate fasting goal is fat loss, I may experiment with adding BCAAs later when I take on my 40-day fast starting in January to help preserve muscle mass. Thank you for this amazing product. I’m already planning my next order!
Often electrolyte drinks taste like bath water, this brand is the exception. Tastes amazing, easy to mix, very happy. Defs became a loyal Sci-Corer.
