The well known, and well specced Fundamental Pre in a great new flavour. A lot of pre-workouts on the market are cursed with taste issues from ingredients that are not even required. The Sci-Core Fundamental Pre has all the necessary ingredients, but none of the unnecessary ones and the taste is way better for it. This new Grape flavour is refreshing and is a great all year round option. Dosages of the essentials is good, and L-Theanine stops that crash that some Pre's leave you with. Also allows you to stage your Pre according to your tolerance, with enough kick from one scoop, but the option to up the Boooooost to 3 scoops for serious users with high caffeine tolerance. A great addition to the already excellent Sci-Core Fundamental Pre range. Love it.

My Review Honestly, the taste wasn’t really my favourite, but the performance definitely made up for it. I’ve been using 2 scoops, usually for my evening training sessions, and the pump has been amazing. My sessions have felt really strong, with good energy and focus, and most importantly, I haven’t experienced that usual crash afterwards. The biggest positive for me is the sleep. I normally struggle to sleep when I take pre-workout too late in the evening, but even taking 2 scoops, I’ve been sleeping well afterwards. the energy, pump, performance and lack of crash — especially for evening training — have been really impressive.

It’s actually REALLY good. No sloppy, slippy, slimy mouth feel, no bloating, and it tastes delicious. It has also somehow managed to make an already lazy eater even lazier because it works perfectly with my lifestyle, keeps me fuller for longer, and requires basically no effort from me. The downside? I will now be perpetually poor because apparently I can no longer live without the Sci-Core Salt AND the protein powder. At this point, I order both before I buy dog food. Sorry, Cache. Priorities. 😂

I must say I do feel a difference, I have more energy and I am recovering a bit faster then usual. My sleep has also improved and I will recommend it to any one. As a runner, I can feel I have a bit more in the tank. I take 3 before bed and found that works great for me.
