I like the idea and the combination of supplements and thought it's such a great idea but forgot to check what omega they used and I didn't figure out why the product sucked because I had a allergic reaction to the fish oil. But it's not their mistake but it wouldn't have been great if they had instead used quercetin instead I would order again but unfits not for me.

Been "loading" for a week, 4x5000mg a day and hit leg day today. The difference is really incredible! I knew there would be a difference, but I wasn't expecting this level! I'm 56, train 3 times a week, HIT training which is incredibly brutal, but I crushed it. Looking forward to the weeks ahead. Thanks for an AWESOME product! Already recommended it to others. Firstly, ordered on a Sunday - Received it Wednesday morning. ☝🏼 TOPS.. Secondly, i have digestive issues with everything I have ever used. This has forced me to run with boiled potatoes while marathon training because real food was the only thing that didnt make me clench my butt every 5ks. So i tried Glucose x Fructose Carb mix as a last resort. I set out and picked a 10k route through the Ballito Hills to make sure im running as hard as possible to force stomach problems (runners will know, more blood flow to your legs - means more upset stomach. I ran a PB on every single segment, pushed as hard as I could - and NOT ONE TIME did i have to stop for a bathroom on a route I usually stop on twice. The BIGGEST relief is not having to plan my routes around bathrooms anymore. The Carb mix is amazing, I would not mix anything else with it, tastes great & super affordable!. Super stoked to have sorted my stomach issues before i get close to my first marathon in September and with Cape Town Marathon and Comrades following short after. ONLY change i would ask for - the scoop makes it difficult to navigate the powder in to a soft flask because of the small cap, so need to use a funnel. YAY FOR MY POOPER BEING INTACT!.

I've been using the SCI Core All-in-One Pack for the past couple of months, and it's the first multivitamin I've consistently used while working in saturation. It's been a great addition to my daily routine. It contains all the essential vitamins I need to start my day before heading out on an 8-hour bell run, where I spend around 4 hours diving. One of the biggest benefits for me is the good amount of Vitamin D, which is especially important since we don't see the sun for up to 28 days while in saturation. I bought these products the other day and im super impressed. The protein powder is by far the best tasting protein powder there is and doesnt leave you feeling bloated like some of the other brands do.
I waited a while to review this in order to make sure I can comment after more than 2 weeks of usage. 1st up, mixes so easily! Other EAA's I've used were clumpy 2ndly, the flavour profile is so spot on, this isn't some sad excuse for an orange attempt, it's orange! EAA's often have terrible smell and taste is just bitter and not enjoyable! Happy to say I've bought the peach one too, as soon as this orange tub is finished, I'm keen to try the next. Best EAA I've used to date! Oh and definitely a reduction in muscle soreness, training fasted has never been this easy!

Absolutely blown away by these! I've only been taking them for 4 nights, and the results have honestly been incredible. As someone who tracks my sleep, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep score almost immediately. I'm falling asleep easier and then, stay asleep!
