Cafeine is the solution to energy that we require to lock in just before we start our training routine. We need around 100-300mg of caffeine, depending on the type of energy we require on the specific time. 1 scoops of the fundamental pre gives us 100mg of caffeine, 2 scoops 200mg caffeine and 3 scoops 300mg caffeine. However even if you take 3 scoops, we still made sure we all get a month supply out of the tub.
Further we added L-theanine to work in conjunction with Caffeine. L-theanine picks up where caffeine drops. So this means no jitters or ''crash'' after or throughout your workouts.
This is our favourite and responsible for the vasodilation. We need to get all the blood flow we can possibly get to the muscle to assure better nutrient absorption for muscle growth. 8 grams per serving is the industries optimal dose, however you do want anything between 4-5 grams to 8 grams to benefit most. Citrulline is not just a performance enhancer but also a valuable tool for muscle growth. 3 scoops of the fundamental pre will deliver 8 grams of citrulline malate per serving.
We all know this as the ingredient that makes us itch. However not to worry, to eliminate this; take pre workout that has beta alanine in a dose above 2 grams per serving 10 minutes prior exercise or physical movement.
Beta Alanine helps us get more sets and more reps out and ultimately helps us perform better by pushing and assuring we work progressively load the muscle with more movement or weight.
We want to aim for anything between 2 to 4 grams per serving. The industry norm is around 3 grams. 3 scoops of the fundamental pre will deliver 3 grams per serving.
