Ek neem net een kapsule ongeveer 30 minute voor slaaptyd en kan beslis die verskil voel. Ek raak rustig aan die slaap, slaap diep en word soggens uitgerus wakker sonder enige lomerigheid. Die grootste verskil vir my is hoe kalm en rustig ek die volgende dag voel. Ek is baie beïndruk!

Ek gebruik die Hydration Salt nou daagliks en dit het ’n groot verskil gemaak aan hoeveel water ek drink. Ek sukkel gewoonlik om genoeg water in te kry, maar die lekker smaak maak dit baie makliker. Dit is suikervry, verfrissend en ideaal op warm dae of ná ’n oefensessie. Ek voel ook beter gehidreer en drink nou baie meer konsekwent deur die dag. Beslis ’n produk wat ek sal aanhou gebruik!

I must say I do feel a difference, I have more energy and I am recovering a bit faster then usual. My sleep has also improved and I will recommend it to any one. As a runner, I can feel I have a bit more in the tank. I take 3 before bed and found that works great for me.

Love your products. However. I Wish you wouldn’t use so much plastic! And the container are way to big and bulky, I think they need a shrink and a rethink

I like the idea and the combination of supplements and thought it's such a great idea but forgot to check what omega they used and I didn't figure out why the product sucked because I had a allergic reaction to the fish oil. But it's not their mistake but it wouldn't have been great if they had instead used quercetin instead I would order again but unfits not for me.

Been "loading" for a week, 4x5000mg a day and hit leg day today. The difference is really incredible! I knew there would be a difference, but I wasn't expecting this level! Firstly, ordered on a Sunday - Received it Wednesday morning. ☝🏼 TOPS.. Secondly, i have digestive issues with everything I have ever used. This has forced me to run with boiled potatoes while marathon training because real food was the only thing that didnt make me clench my butt every 5ks. So i tried Glucose x Fructose Carb mix as a last resort. I set out and picked a 10k route through the Ballito Hills to make sure im running as hard as possible to force stomach problems (runners will know, more blood flow to your legs - means more upset stomach. I ran a PB on every single segment, pushed as hard as I could - and NOT ONE TIME did i have to stop for a bathroom on a route I usually stop on twice. The BIGGEST relief is not having to plan my routes around bathrooms anymore. The Carb mix is amazing, I would not mix anything else with it, tastes great & super affordable!. Super stoked to have sorted my stomach issues before i get close to my first marathon in September and with Cape Town Marathon and Comrades following short after. ONLY change i would ask for - the scoop makes it difficult to navigate the powder in to a soft flask because of the small cap, so need to use a funnel. YAY FOR MY POOPER BEING INTACT!.
