I’ve also looked into your BCAA range, as the added protein would be amazing to use while fasting. However, I’m a bit cautious about the 250mg of coconut water extract in some of the products potentially hampering autophagy. Since my ultimate fasting goal is fat loss, I may experiment with adding BCAAs later when I take on my 40-day fast starting in January to help preserve muscle mass.
