RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

If the returned product is not faulty or defective, products must be couriered by a reliable courier service to our outlet store in Stellenbosch with the following given delivery/ receiver details; 43 Andringa Street, Stellenbosch, 7600, Sci-Core Outlet, info@sci-core.co.za, 073 311 1396
Tc & Cs: Products must be in a resellable condition, unopened, sealed, with product seal intact on the top of the product and/or clear lid sleeve neatly in place.


If there is a problem with the product: taste, quality or other:

We will arrange a collection and replacement product or refund should you prefer a refund above replacement, if there is a problem with the taste or quality of the product. 

Steps to follow for the unlikely event of the above mentioned:

1. Email us (info@sci-core.co.za) a brief explanation of your experience along with a photo of the product’s batch number (found under the product/tub), product name and flavour.
2. We will arrange with The Courier Guy to collect and return back to us for quality control investigation.

3. A refund or replacement will only be issued if the product is indeed found to be faulty or inconsumable.
