Been "loading" for a week, 4x5000mg a day and hit leg day today. The difference is really incredible! I knew there would be a difference, but I wasn't expecting this level! I'm 56, train 3 times a week, HIT training which is incredibly brutal, but I crushed it. Looking forward to the weeks ahead. Thanks for an AWESOME product! Already recommended it to others.
