As a distance runner this product has helped me in so many ways! I started using it the week of comrades 2025 and had zero tummy issues on race day... safe to say its been made well! This product played it part in getting me to complete a race i had no business finishing due to my severe lack of training!
Don't know why I waisted my time ordering of TakeAlot instead of directly from Sci-core. Ordering directly ended up being cheaper and the products was delivered quicker. Been using Sci-Core salts for about a year now and im super happy.

I’ve tried lots of electrolyte drinks to help me stay strong during hot yoga classes and these are definitely the best I’ve tried. They make me feel awake, alert and strong without the unnecessary caffeine and sugar. Great product

Fantastic product! If you need a high salt content, it's hard to find another electrolyte brand that delivers 1000mg of sodium per serving. The quality is excellent, and the price is surprisingly affordable. Plus, the taste is amazing—a great bonus!
