Introducing Hydration SALT for healthy hydration all day, every day. *Key electrolytes dosed effectively with added Gut health support in a great natural, refreshing tasting zero sugar powder.
Mix one scoop (8g) with 750ml of cold water and consume before, during or after exercise. Additional serving may be taken throughout the day for hydration recovery support.

I've recently tried the Hydration Salts, frist Granadilla, SOOOO delicious. Then bought couple other flavours, and I'm using Blood Orange, also so good, but so far my favorite is Granadilla. I can't wait to try the others!! I highly recommend this product. Delivery is super fast, as well as free!!!!!!
My order arrived so nice and fast!! I'm brand new to using the hydration salt and creatine, I love the taste of the granadilla and can't wait to try the other flavours. I mix the the 2 every morning! Bit early to give any results, but looking forward to all sorts of improvements :)
Don't know why I waisted my time ordering of TakeAlot instead of directly from Sci-core.
Ordering directly ended up being cheaper and the products was delivered quicker.

These Sugar Free Electrolytes are now our favourite on the market!! Nobody is doing a Granadilla flavour which is incredible and the fact that you can control the serving size yourself is such a nice addition!
I love the granadilla and lemon lime flavour. I use the tub at home and the sachets for when I'm on the go. As long as they keep making it, I'll buy it.
Cycling, trail running, gym... you name it. I have used some products over the years and for me personally this is answer to replacing that much needed electrolytes during training as well as racing. Hydration is one of the most important parts of supplementation and honestly, this flavour makes you want to train.
