I have been using the Sci-Core Hydration Salts with Creatine for two weeks straight and have had noticeable improvements with performance and recovery. I also recommend this to anyone, especially ladies who want to build muscle and stay hydrated. 🫶🏼
This is a STAPLE in our house - we were using another brand, but when SALT launched I was so happy to change to something that had L-glutamine in it. The flavours are also better - I'm currently loving the Granadilla, but the orange is also a fave.

I have tried so many products over the years - but this is definelty my favourite! It has a great taste, which doesnt leave me feeling thirsty after drinking. I feel more hydrated and for someone who usally battles to drink enough water - this Hydration Salt is perfect for getting me to have the Hydration I need. Fantastic product!
