2 scoops seems to have given me the right amount of focus, energy and all I needed to get through my morning workout. Didn't feel any nausea or anything like that which was great. Blue raspberry flavour is excellent! I've never taken a pre which keeps the ingredients used to a minimum so definitely a surprise with the performance. Will definitely re-purchase

Wow I did not expect this pre-workout to be this good! Love the flavour, strong but now overwhelming, perfect balance of sweet and sour. It helps me feel more focused in my workouts and I can definitely push harder and longer without crashing afterwards. Can highly recommend!
