This Got me through the 947 and Double Century… as both events happened in the same week and did just over 400km, including taper recovery in a short span of 6 days I needed help, training leading up to race week, I tested and tried it all and this was the only product erased any sign of dehydration and cramps. But most of all it worked FAST! On the brink of hitting the wall a couple of times, this was my salvation! Also saved some of my team mates that where in some tight spots.
