How do I get free delivery to my door?

We charge a flat rate of only R79 for orders under R379 and offer free delivery for all order over R379

If I order now, how long until I receive my supplements?

If your order is placed before 1pm, you will receive your order within 2 working days.

How do I receive my Supplements after ordering online?

Our courier partners Courier Guy and Aramex Couriers collect orders daily from our warehouse and delivers to your provided delivery address.

How do I track my order?

a Link will be emailed to you including your tracking number, once the courier has collected your order from our warehouse.

This usually happens between 3pm and 5pm daily. You will be able to use the link and tracking number to track your order.
